Question: What do I need to move prior to your arrival?
Answer:
The small stuff! We can move anything else for you, within reason of course. Television and china cabinets are examples of things we do not move.

Question: What method of cleaning do you perform?
Answer:
Hot water extraction cleaning, otherwise known at Steam Cleaning. All of our units are truck mounted, but we do have units portable for the areas that the trucks are not able to reach.


Question:
How long should it take my carpet to dry?
Answer:
4-6 hours is the optimal drying time. Other factors can impact the time though, including but not limited to, carpet thickness, soil level, humidity levels, and air flow.

Whether it's your first time getting a brand new carpet cleaned, or you have had your carpets cleaned for years, everyone has questions... And we have answers! 

Question: Does turning the air conditioning off on a hot day give my carpet a better clean?
Answer: No. Turning the air conditioning off on a hot day could damage a carpet in some situations. If your home has air conditioning, you will want it on to help draw out the humidity thus helping the carpet to dry.

Question:
How often should I clean my carpeting? ​Answer: Check with the warranty paperwork for your carpeting. Some manufacturers recommend every 12 months, while some are at 18 months to maintain your warranty on the carpeting. In homes with children, or pets, you may consider every 6 months to 8 months.​
